You don’t need certifications or prior experience, just a willingness to show up for yourself. Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Brenda — a Master Energy Healer, Channel for Divine Light, and the creator of Empowered Energy. My connection with energy began in childhood. I could sense the emotions and vibrations around me long before I had words to describe them. As an empath, I felt everything deeply — the joy, the pain, and the subtle shifts in others — but I didn’t yet know how to hold it all. Years later, during a season of stress, anxiety, and disconnection, I was guided to explore energy healing practices that completely transformed my life. Since then, I’ve studied many forms of energy work — including intuitive energy therapy, sound healing, past life regression, shamanic practice, angelic healing, and multiple Reiki lineages — and have had the honour of guiding clients and students back to their own light and power. I created Empowered Energy to share the foundational tools that every empath and beginner can use to feel safe in their sensitivity, reconnect with their energy body, and live with greater clarity, confidence, and peace. My role is to walk beside you with compassion and simplicity — helping you trust your intuition, work gently with your energy, and embody the calm, empowered presence that already lives within you.
