Integration Day & Reiki Attunement

After completing the online learning, you will attend an Integration Day where you will receive your Reiki Level One attunement, hands-on guidance, and practical experience. This day allows you to deepen your understanding and connect the teachings with real practice. Virtual options may become available in the future.

A Grounded Approach to Energy Work

This training brings energy work back to the basics. You’ll learn how to work with energy in a way that is simple, safe, and practical, even if you are completely new to Reiki. The focus is on awareness, presence, and building confidence in your ability to work with energy.

What You’ll Learn in This Reiki Training.

Through this training, you will learn how to understand and work with energy in a clear, practical way. This course introduces the foundations of Reiki while helping you build awareness of your own energetic system and how life force energy flows through the body. You will explore grounding practices, the chakra system, meditation, and the principles that support balanced and responsible energy work. A strong focus of Reiki Level One is learning to work with your own energy through daily self-Reiki practice. As your awareness grows, you may also choose to begin sharing Reiki with close friends or family members in a supportive and informal way. Throughout the training, you will learn how to prepare your energy before and after sessions, support energetic balance through grounding and breath, and approach energy work with calm presence and intention. By the time you complete the online training and attend your Integration Day, you will have a clear understanding of Reiki practice and the confidence to continue developing your relationship with the energy in a grounded and responsible way.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Brenda, a Master Energy Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, and Channel for Divine Light. My connection with energy began early in life. I could sense emotions and subtle shifts around me long before I had words to describe them. As an empath, I felt everything deeply,  the joy, the pain, and the unseen but I didn’t yet know how to hold it all in a grounded way. Years later, during a season of stress, anxiety, and disconnection, I was guided toward Reiki and energy healing practices that would profoundly transform my life. Through this journey, I studied multiple Reiki lineages and many forms of energy work, including intuitive energy therapy, sound healing, past life regression, shamanic practice, and angelic healing. More importantly, I learned how to work with energy in a way that is gentle, embodied, and supportive of real life. I created Empowered Energy to share the foundational tools that every empath and beginner can use to understand and work with their energy safely. These teachings form the foundation of the Reiki training you will experience in this course. My role is not to fix or lead from above, but to walk beside you with compassion and simplicity, supporting you as you trust your intuition, work gently with your energy, and embody the calm, empowered presence that already lives within you.
